Anushmita Sen is a provisionally RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over three years of counselling experience across private, online and community settings. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, mood disorders and adjustment difficulties. Her integrative approach draws from CBT, DBT, SFBT, IPSRT, trauma-informed care, narrative therapy and supportive therapy. She also has supervised experience in psychological, personality and neuropsychological assessment, case formulation, risk assessment, crisis stabilisation and safety planning.
